Our 6 week beginners course is infused with inspiration and knowledge to kick-start your yoga practice. Gain a solid grounding in meditation, mudra, mantra, pranayama (breathwork), yoga philosophy and physical alignment in the foundation postures of a hatha yoga practice. Bookings are essential for all courses. Our beginners courses run with a minimum of 5 participants and maximum of 12 to make sure you receive enough individual attention to support a positive start to your yoga journey.
