About the yoga...

Exploring the themes of self care, self compassion, and self love, Mums & Bubs Yoga is a beautiful exploration of the changing mothering body, mind and spirit.

Bringing baby, find a new flow of yoga to practice together, a bhakti yoga of devotion, honouring this special, incredible time together.

A gentle, restorative style focused yoga, we focus on movement and rest, balancing your energy, connecting with baby, and celebrating your miracle body for creating life.

Course content includes:

~ Supportive Meditations

~ Pranayama (Nourishing Breathwork)

~ Gentle reconnection to Movement

~ Focus on building Stability and Strength

~ Bonding time with Baby, Baby does Yoga too!!

~ Motherhood Relaxations

Perfect for new Mummas, new to yoga too, absolutely no experience required.

Come find the space, where relaxation time for Mumma is just as important as nurturing baby. Come, create community, love and laughs with us, surrendering into a new flow of life at Common Earth Studio.

(Recommended for mothers post 6 week Dr check, until baby is actively escaping your reach.)

About the teacher...

Ash is a local mum of three vibrant and lively little ones. She completed her 350 hour YTT between pregnancies and babies, spending more time on the mat pregnant or post natal than not while in training. This time was such a transformational journey, as a mother and a woman. Since her initial teacher training Ash has completed 50hrs of specialty pre/postnatal yoga training with Bliss Baby.

Ash is passionate about creating a loving space to welcome new life, practicing self care, whether physically, mentally or spiritually, and sharing the magic of yoga. She can't wait to welcome you to your mat to start this new chapter of integrating self-care and motherhood.
