A deep purge of 2018 for body, mind and energy.
In the closing cycle of the year it’s time to let go on every level. In this workshop we explore the way the mental, physical and emotional body are intertwined. Through pranayama (breath/energy work), meditation, mindful movement and myofascial release we begin the process of untying the knots that bind; decluttering the mind and detoxing the body. The myofascial release techniques in this workshop includes roll and release (self-administered deep tissue massage by rolling on balls) along with other movement and nerve tensioning techniques to help increase the flow of prana (energy) through the subtle body.
