No bookings/online sign in is required to attend individual classes. Class Passes/Memberships can be used to attend any class on a casual basis. Please note, bookings are required for all courses and events.

Perfect for anyone seeking a nourishing practice; experiencing anxiety, overstimulation, adrenal fatigue, lack of concentration or minor mobility limitations. A great next step after our Beginners Course or for anyone new to Vinyasa Flow Yoga. This is not specifically a prenatal class however women experiencing a healthy pregnancy are welcome to attend.
Focus: awakening energy, gentle movement, mental focus, mobility, nourishment, mudra, pranayama, meditation, stress release, balancing practice for exhaustion

Description: A slow motion vinyasa flow practice inspired by the season. This class starts with a 5 minute mudra vinyasa (a simple hand movement meditation and pranayama/breathwork practice) to focus the mind and deepen your sense of embodiment. Move through a slow hatha flow followed by restorative yoga poses using props for support. We seal all the goodness in with a 5-10 minute guided meditation.
