Qi Gong

Loosely translated Qi Gong means energy cultivation.

According to Taoist philosophy it awakens your true nature. Caitlin Johnston has practiced for 18 years. Combining Taoist teachings with her work as Western Herbalist and Chinese medicine philosophy. 

“The universe has an abundance of energy that can enhance and multiply our enjoyment of life. All that we need to do is to be connected to the source.”

Using teachings of Master Mantak Chia and Sifu Anthony Wee. We begin awakening the body using breath work. Then we open joints, tendons and energy centres. We use postures focused on specific meridians (energy pathways). Our closing will be 15 minutes of meditation to guide the energy.
