Perfect for the absolute beginner, anyone that has taken a break from physical exercises and is slowly re-building strength and anyone that finds the pace of a regular vinyasa flow yoga class to be too fast.
Focus: Foundation, base, alignment, skills, techniques, strength, flexibility, how to use yoga props to assist your practice.

Description: An introduction to basic alignment in a slower paced workshop style class based on Hatha Yoga. Cultivate a strong foundation of knowledge as we explore the basic building blocks of a vinyasa flow yoga practice. Learn to safely and effectively move your body in rhythm with your breath while developing core strength and flexibility. Breathing and meditation techniques are also explored to support the flow of modern life. We guarantee you will learn something new each class!
