Move in rhythm with the seasons! The Seasonal Flow Sequence changes in alignment with the flow of seasons. This class was born from the understanding that through Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda we can better connect to our natural self by becoming aware of the greater rhythms of nature. We enjoy movement patterns that harmonize with the general energetic tone of the season. You can expect variations of the same sequence for 3 months at a time. We are currently enjoying a good spring cleanse through twists and forward folds. Through repetition our bodies begin to follow a groove and open up in a strategic way. This is great for people that want to take their time learning a sequence that can later be practiced at home or while travelling. Beginners welcome.
