Seasonal Flow changes it's groove in rhythm and alignment with the seasons. This class was born from the understanding that through Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda we can better connect to our natural self by becoming aware of the greater rhythms of nature. We enjoy movement patterns that harmonize with the general energetic tone of the season. You can expect the same theme in quality of movement and choice of asanas (yoga postures) for 3 months in a row (until the season changes; eg. Spring to Summer). This is great for people that want to take their time learning a sequence that can later be practiced at home or while travelling. Through repetition our bodies start to open up in a strategic way.
