Yoga Nidra is a form of guided deep relaxation or conscious sleep where we enter the inner chambers of the mind to find deep rest even more powerful than regular sleep. Perfect for anyone new to meditation, experiencing over-stimulation and difficulty sleeping or any other form of nervous system disturbance resulting from the fast pace of modern life. This class is completely non-physical and the entire hour is spent lying down so please feel welcome to bring any cushions, bolsters of blankets or socks that assist in making this experience supremely comfortable.
