Breathe + Release

This mixed modality class is designed to find more space and freedom in mind, body and breath. Through various breathing, myofascial release and meditation techniques we target unravelling deep tension holding patterns in both mind and body, resulting in improved range of motion and ability to access diaphragmatic breathing. Through active release (fascial shaking) and roll and release techniques (deep tissue self massage using tennis balls) we go beyond the superficial layers and unlock the deep line of the psoas. Not your average yoga class.
