Yin Yoga

No bookings/online sign in is required to attend individual classes. Class Passes/Memberships can be used to attend any class on a casual basis. Please note, bookings are required for all courses and events.

Class Description: Rest back into the arms of stillness to a backdrop of ambient instrumental music. Press the reset button and balance the stress of everyday life. Yin Yoga is the ultimate practice for deep release; a chance let go and relax on all levels of your physical, mental and emotional being. We hold each yoga pose for 3-6 minutes to access the deeper layers of the physical body. Beneficial for improving flexibility/mobility and calming an overactive mind or overstimulated nervous system. doTERRA essential oils are used aromatically and topically throughout this class to amplify your experience. If you prefer not to have oils applied to your skin please mention this to the teacher at the start of class (oils not recommended during pregnancy). 

Yin classes run every Tuesday 9:30-11am and Wednesday 6:30-8:00pm.

Please note, there are not eftpos facilities available at the studio. If you are unable to purchase a class pass or membership online, please bring cash.

Please B.Y.O. mat, we only have a few spares.
