As the seasons turn, we thought you might all appreciate hitting the snooze button on Sunday for a 9am start. If you have been to one of Monique's classes over the Summer you will be well aware of the care and attention she pours into her consciously crafted classes. Don't take our word for it! Come down and check it our yourself this Sunday. Claire will be there making Chai so you are invited to hang around after class for a cuppa and a chat with the other vibrant members of your yoga community.
