9:00am-10:15am - Gentle Yoga Immersion
Awaken your body of love through a restorative approach to gentle movement and deep rest through the pathways of tantric yin, bhakti and gentle hatha yoga. Feel your nervous system rested and energy gently flowing.
10:15-10:30 Herbal tea break
10:30am -12:00pm - Essential Oil Rituals
Learn, give and receive an essential oils application for Nervous System Support. We use only the highest quality Doterra Essential Oils. You will receive up to 60 drops of the highest quality Doterra Essential Oils.
If you are attending the day retreat on your own, you will be assigned a partner on the day for this portion of the workshop. If you prefer not to participate in giving/receiving for social distancing reasons, you will have the option to self-apply the oils to your own body.
For those participating in giving & receiving, the oils will be applied on the back and feet.
Women may choose to wear a bikini top for modesty. We recommend wearing old clothing that doesn't matter if it gets a little bit oily. Please BYO towel.

Experience and enjoy the ancient healing sounds of the: Didjeridu, Tibetan bowls, Crystal bowls, Harp and other sound healing instruments. Your 90 minute guided sound journey will take you into deep states of relaxation, joy, peace and love.
Each part of our body including the chakras resonate at different frequencies. To bring these frequencies back into tune involves a variety of sounds being played into the body. This cleanses and tunes the body to its optimal resonance. It is a deeply peaceful experience leaving you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
