More about Rebecca Gallagher...

Rebecca has been a yoga student for over 20 years and graduated to become a yoga teacher earlier this year.

Yoga has been a continual source of nourishment and healing during the natural ebbs and flow of her life and the seed to teach was planted many, many moors ago!

Rebecca chose to complete a comprehensive 350 hour Teacher Training here in Perth with The Yoga Space. During the 15 month training process Rebecca spent over 30 hours teaching at Not For Profit Organisations, including two domestic violence shelters and a centre for mentally challenged adults. Safe to say, you are in nurturing hands when attending Rebecca's class.

"It is here my love for teaching a heart-filled, nurturing class began. In our fast paced society, I like to bring the value of slowing down to the mat.
For me the practice helps clear the mind chatter and unites breath, body and the one song that is inside of us all. " -Rebecca Gallagher
